Do I have to prepay for cleans?
No. The $99 is a one-time membership to lock in your bonuses. You pay your normal rate after each visit. No prepay, no bulk package, no giant contract.
Does this work if my house is a disaster?
Your first visit will usually be a deep reset at our standard deep-clean rate ($0.25/sqft — roughly $400 on a 1,600 sqft home). After that, your recurring schedule kicks in at $0.08/sqft and every 7th maintenance visit is free.
What if I pause or cancel?
You can stop anytime. Any unused free cleans just expire when you leave — they don't become a refund. No cancellation fees. No arguments. We don't keep people who don't want to be here.
How do the 7 free cleans actually work?
Every 7th recurring clean in your schedule is free. So cleans #1-6 you pay for, clean #7 is comped. Then cleans #8-13 you pay for, clean #14 is comped. On an average bi-weekly schedule, that works out to roughly 7 free cleans over 24 months. You don't have to track anything — we do.
What's included in a standard clean?
Every room on our "Required Every Service" checklist:
Bathrooms — toilets (inside, outside, base), shower/tub walls and fixtures, sinks, faucets, counters, mirrors, trash, floors, towels.
Kitchen — cabinet fronts spot-cleaned, countertops, backsplash, sink and faucet, exterior of fridge/oven/microwave, stovetop and burners, trash, floors.
Bedrooms + living areas — all cleared horizontal surfaces dusted, mirrors, trash, floors, pillows and bedding straightened.
Rest of house — surfaces dusted, door glass, trash, floors, cushions fluffed, windowsills dusted, general straightening.
Optional add-ons (inside oven, windows, linens, etc.) are quoted flat at booking.
Do you bring supplies? Do I need to be home?
We bring everything — commercial-grade vacuums, microfibers, and products. You don't need to be home. Most clients leave a door code or lockbox. If you have sensitivities, flag it at booking and we'll swap to eco-safe products at no extra cost.
